This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how Helen Now, LLC and its related organizations and affiliates (“Helen Now”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares personal information collected through its Helen brand of applications and websites, including, without limitation, Go Helen, Team Helen, Ask Helen, OneHelen, Helen at Home, Helen Podcast, Helen Linens, Lead Helen, and Helen Analytics applications (collectively, the “App”). We value your privacy, and we will not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy without your consent.
By using THIS APP, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and our terms of use. If you do not agree with any of theSE terms, please do not DOWNLOAD OR use THIS APP OR PROVIDE US WITH YOUR INFORMATION.
What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy applies to our collection, use and sharing of your personal information when you download or use our App. This Privacy Policy applies only to information gathered on and through the App and does not apply to any other applications or information not owned or operated by Helen Now or information collected by Helen Now by other means.

This section of our Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal information we collect about you and the different ways in which we collect your personal information.
Information You Give Us. Personal information you may provide through the App or otherwise communicate to us includes:
· Contact information. We collect information about you when you provide it to us through the App, including as a result of creating an account. This information may include your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
· Content, feedback and correspondence. We may collect information about you when you post content to our App, request information, respond to surveys, or otherwise correspond with us.
· Other information. We may collect other information from you that is not specifically listed here. We may use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information We Get from Others. We may obtain additional personal information about you from third-party sources, such as service providers, vendors, and the organization that made the App available to you.
Information Automatically Collected. We and our third-party service providers may automatically record certain information about how you interact with the App. This information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device and browser type, operating system, domain name system (DNS) information, the pages or features of the App that you used, the frequency with which you use the App and how fast your respond to requests, the links that you click on or use, and other usage statistics. We may also collect information about your location. We collect this information in server logs and by using cookies and similar tracking technologies. How We Use Your Personal Information
To Provide our Services and to Communicate with You. We use your personal information to:

· respond to your requests, questions, comments, and feedback.
To Improve our App. We use your cookie information to:
· provide, maintain, and improve the App;
· better understand your needs and interests, and personalize your experience with the App; and
· perform website analytics and database management services.
To Create and Maintain Your Account. In order to utilize certain services provided through the App, you must create an account using certain personal information, including your name and email address. If you are using Helen Concierge, you may also need to provide your employee ID, department, and job responsibilities.
For Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and Safety. We may use some or all of your personal information as we believe appropriate to: (a) investigate or prevent violation of the law or your agreements with us; (b) protect our, your, or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by prosecuting and defending legal claims); (c) protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity; (d) comply with applicable laws, lawful requests and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities; and (e) where permitted by law in connection with a legal investigation. For example, we may share information with law enforcement to reduce the risk of fraud or if someone uses or attempts to use our App for illegal reasons.
With Your Consent. In some cases, we may ask for your consent to collect, use, or share your personal information.
How We Share Your Personal Information
This section of our Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal information we share with third parties and the types of third parties with whom we share that information.
We do not sell your personal information; however, we may share your personal information with third parties for a number of reasons. For example, we may use third parties to help us design and operate the App, provide services to support the App, or help us analyze our data. Unless otherwise indicated at the time we collect your information, if we allow third parties to access the personal information we collect, we will have contractual provisions or other appropriate protections in place to ensure such access is for limited purposes and in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Specifically, we share your personal information with the third parties in the following circumstances:
Your Organization. We will share the information you input into the App with the organization that made the App available to you (e.g. the health care system providing your care or for which you work).
Service Providers. We may share your personal information with third party companies and individuals as needed for them to provide us with services that help us with our business activities. This information includes your contact information and cookie information.
Security, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Safety; Compliance with Law. We may disclose some or all of the personal information we have collected about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we believe appropriate for the compliance, fraud prevention, and safety purposes described above.
Business Transfers. We may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of our business or assets, including all of the personal information we have collected about you, in connection with a business deal (or potential business deal) such as a merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy.
Patient Information
If you are a patient using the Ask Helen App, we do not collect any personal information about you via the App. Instead, we will only identify you by your room number, and we will only use the information you provide (e.g. your service requests) to the care team responsible for fulfilling your request. If you are a parent or guardian utilizing the Helen at Home App, we will collect your name, your child’s name, and your relationship to the child, but we will only utilize this information to authenticate you and to personalize your App experience. We will not share this information with anyone other than the healthcare organization where your child is receiving care.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. We recognize the need to provide further privacy protections with respect to personal information we may collect from children under the age of 18, and we take many special precautions to protect their privacy. We do not collect personal information of children other than described in the “Patient Information” section, above, and we only use and disclose the information we do collect for the purposes of providing the App. If you are a parent or guardian who believes that we have collected information about a child under age 18, please contact us using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy with your child's name, and we will be happy to delete any information we have about your child from our records and provide information in accordance with applicable law. In the event we are informed we have collected information from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will delete the information immediately.
Your Rights and Choices
This section of our Privacy Policy describes your rights and choices with respect to the personal information you provide and the communications you may receive.
Opt Out of Communications. You may opt out of App notifications by changing the communication preferences in your account settings.
Right to Correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Delete. You may request that we delete certain personal information we have collected about you, with certain exceptions.
Right to Access. You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal information and to access such personal information, the third parties with whom we share your personal information, and, under certain circumstances, to receive a copy of such personal information.
Exercising Your Rights. To exercise your rights above, please contact us as described at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise your rights. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Consequences of Not Providing Personal Information. You are not required to provide all personal information identified in this Privacy Policy to use our App or to interact with us offline, but certain functionality will not be available if you do not provide personal information. For example, if you do not provide personal information, we may not be able to respond to your request or perform a transaction with you.

We take a number of organizational, technical and physical measures that are designed to protect the personal information we collect. We are located in the United States and have affiliates and service providers in other countries, and your personal information may be collected, used, and stored in the United States or other locations outside of your home country.
