affiliates ("Helen Now", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information collected through

Helen Concierge and Helen Patient applications (collectively, the "App"). We value your privacy, and we will not
share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy without your
consent.

What this Privacy Policy Covers

other applications or information not owned or operated by Helen Now or information collected by Helen Now by other

In order to utilize the services provided through the App, you must

Concierge,
you may also need to provide your employee ID, department, and job responsibilities.
